Refund policy

We aim to satisfy every customer with every new batch. If you are not happy with any part of your ordering process, please let us know and we will ensure your concerns are met.

If you are not happy with your purchase it can be exchanged for a full refund of store credit within 15 days of delivery. All items for return must meet the following requirements;

  • Contact must be made via email to sales@marthamade.kitchen within 15 days of receiving your items.
  • The items must be refunded within 30 days of receiving your items*.
  • Our policy does not cover damage caused by improper handling.
  • The items must not have been altered in any way.

If you do not believe your return falls within the above policy and you would still like to discuss returning it, please contact us at sales@marthamade.kitchen.

RETURNS PROCESS

All returns will be processed within 15 days of delivery. If you choose to return your purchase, please follow the below process:

  1. Items must meet the above requirements.

  2. Email sales@marthamade.kitchen to notify us of your return.

  3. Once we have received your request we will issue store credit for the totality of the items.
